Review for Heritage Apartments

This property is owned by the Schuett Companies, and managed locally by two of the most incompetent people I have ever met. You make a maintenance request, you better be willing to wait weeks or fix it yourself. Tons and tons of attitude if you have any problem (like a clogged sink). The lights are always burned out in the hallways, and outside, and sometimes the doors are propped open all night for any and everyone to come in. They rent to a lot of mentally ill people, and then are unresponsive when the special needs tenants harass other tenants. Its also super smokey. Rent to chain smokers. Old windows, old ACs, old plumbing. Looks nice on the outside, but after more than a year there, I can tell you this place is a hellhole.
