Review for Courtly Park Townhomes Apartments

We chose to rent from courtly park in the first place because of the nice office staff, and nice unit we originally looked at. We put a deposit down on the unit that we really wanted, when the day came to start moving they told us that they had given that unit to someone else, so we got a unit across the street that was in terrible condition, they said that they would fix all of the major issues the day we moved in and the day after, next week we are moving out and it has still not been fixed, the walls havent even been painted as they should have been before we moved in. Beware that unless you are a relative or friend of the office people they will turn on you in an instant and not only blame you for things that you did not do but make you pay for them as well. The neighbors for the most part suck with the exception of a few very nice people, they constantly stare and gossip amongst each other. If you want something fixed make sure that you request it over and over again and keep calling until they say they will be down in a minute, and then watch them fix it to insure that it is actually done. We were treated very poorly, given a dryer that takes 200 minutes to dry clothes, a smelly unpainted unit, and a garage that floods whenever it rains. I seriously warn any one who is interested in this complex, at first they make it seem so nice and worth it, a week pr two in you will realize that you are living in hell.
