Stay away, there's a reason this place is $100 cheaper than anywhere else in town. It constantly feels like there's an earthquake except for late at night, since any time cars drive by cliff rd you will feel like you are sitting right next to the road! And my apartment isn't even near or overlooking the road. Things break down constantly here, and it's just not worth it. You can hear the people above you walking around very well too.
