Review for Chapel Ridge Of Brandon Apartments

When I first moved in, Marcia and office staff very friendly, helpful, courteous and extremely professional. Then that management changed. Before I left, 3 different teams came and went; including one team whose manager not only took Chapel Ridge to the bank BUT porn was found on the office computer and not to forget threatened some of the residents- he charged some tennants half of rent, had books doctored to reflect all rent was paid, then when another set of management came in, tennants were moving out as they had no receipts that they actually paid rent. Since I no longer live there but still have friends and relatives living there, I am still told of the 'office antics'. The lastest concerns tennants who have been living without a lease. They have been paying the extra no-lease fee. A couple have been trying to leave only to be given a 'copy' of a signed lease they alledgedly signed. I and others are so glad we got out of there when we did!
