Review for Hunter Oaks Apartments

I've been living at Hunter Oaks for 8 months now and I AM currently looking for a new place to live. There are never any parking spaces, neihgbors out all times of the night talking and playing, especially children. The inside looks like it was built in the 40's, pipes leaking, ceiling leaks, painted tubs, everythings old. Who would want to sit in a tub with paint pealings floating around, I don't. We are really paying to much for what it's worth. None of the wall outlets work, only about 2 or three, and there are about 15 of them in the apartment. There is no place for the children to go and play. The only thing good about the place is the Mississippi College Youth program they have, that's about it. I could go on and on but I will have to write a book. If someone were to come to me and ask me about the apartment I would invite them in to come and check my apartment out for themselves before they make a decision about living here. It's rediculous.
