Review for Amr Singing River Apartments

I relocated here because of Katrina, and if your not looking for upkeep and luxury then these apartments are ok, especially if its short term. I've talked with some people who knew these apartments many years ago and they say that they've aged. But to make a long story short, I figure these apartments will get condemed in a couple of years and they won't last another hurricane. The maintenance guy is here everyday and senior citizens live here to. There's been the occasional spousal fights and houdlum roudiness, but they either moveout or the management evicts them. Alot of people come and go here but that is expected of the conditions. You can get buy if you have a certain tolerance but the after a while the houdlums nocking on your door, the overflowing trash, the dog poop on the walkway, and the stench at the mailbox awning starts to drive you away hence the temp stay. But I'm seeing nicer apartments with really worse reviews than this apartment and considering staying. I haven't had any utility, mold, or structural issues, but I think overall the Miss coast has problems with housing everywhere you go.
