Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I lived there for over a year and I am disgusted with them! Their manager is best friends with the owners and she lets the residents have bongs and sell drugs. we made many complaints and nothing ever happened. my neighbor had people coming in and out of their apartment at all hours of the night and we made many complaints and nothing ever happened. the manager doesnt always make time for the residents and the property always has trash all over the place and dog messes. and their are huge dogs that are allowed to live their when I was told I wasnt allowed to have my dog. the dog has to be over a year old and the first pet deposit is non refundable and does not go towards any damages or anything so its a fee that does nothing. they do not do much in the apartments in between renting my carpet was horrible.
and they will raise your rent termendiously after your first lease agreement is up
