this is the management company. they manage several low to no income properties and they are only interested in the dollar, not the tenant. the maintenance is only done if you yell to rural development. if you call with a complaint, they do nothing about it. for a short time last year, things started improving and we as tenants had some hope. we have no money or very low income and can't afford to rent somewhere else so they have us where they want us. anyway, for a short while it looked like someone cared then all of suddent that stopped this last couple of months.
