Review for United Church Homes Apartments

I have only been here for a few months, but this apartment complex is excellent except for one thing.....the tobacco smoke that permeates the apartments from smokers into the apartments of the non-smokers. If there is some way that the smokers could all be in the same building it would certainly be a life saver to those of us who do not smoke. The smoke seeps into the apartments 24 hrs. 7 days per week. Several of the non-smoking residents are on oxygen and still have to breathe the second hand smoke.
