this company need to close down the lehmberg hieghts apartment complex. It has mold and mildew problems and they are still trying to rent it out. I would not adverse any on to rent from them. There no tell what self they are trying to cover up. The apartment that I was going to rent from them the cabets we rotted out there, the stove that was there did not work, the cabets still had stuff in them from the last tent, and I did not have a refergarater. The floors look bad and the walls did too. After weeks of them promoising me they were going to fix it I gave up. I except may rent money and deposit with out it being fix. I still have not reserve my rent money back yet. I except my rent money back instead of the rent plus deposit. I seems like I am going to have to take them to court for all. Do not rent from this company.
