Review for Stratford Manor Apartments

The apartments are ok for the most part. They could really work on their landscaping and outside clean up a little more. Don't trust their pest patrol, I've sprayed, baited, and fogged my apartment myself to get rid of critters. The carpet and paintjob is a little scruffy, they looked like they did it in one hour flat. If you're good at decorating you'll get over it. Parking is good, more lighting is needed in my opinion. It's really quiet which is what I like but the walls have a tendency to be paper thin, I was awakened my third night to my upstairs neighbors going at it and I heard all the things I did not want to hear. Mostly pet peeves, no huge complaints like robberies or whatnot. I would only reccommend it if you don't plan to stay long though.
