Review for Annandale Garden Apartments

Stay away is right! Annandale Gardens Apartments We have only been hear 1 month, Carpet was sick when we moved in. They showed us a beautiful display but, rented us the projects. Sad to say from the minute we open our frontdoor we were ready to move out. BOOGERS on all the doors, YES BOOOGERS people. Still had pasta sauce on the walls from the last tenants. Poop in the carpets from last folks animals I Hope that is what is was''' Pink Crayons all over the carpets and tile. X marks the spot in one case. Throw up, Candy, Crayons, Cigarette burns in carpet throughtout the whole apartment, it looks as if someone took apart a engine in the living room floor. Dishwasher and garbage disposal was broken upon move in. Not well built at all or very LOUD people live underneth us. I really just wanted our carpet replaced, But foolish me paid 3 mos in advance on a 3 month lease. So, PENNY the not so friendly Manager says we don't replace carpet we just let people move on in to the dirty apartments. So, she says I'll gladly clean your carpets again! Seems like to me they would replace the carpet if it look this bad. Very sad to say I signed my 30 day notice to leave, only after being here one month. $2190.00 in all for 3 months rent and it's so bad I said keep the money for the time I should have been here to replace the carpet please.
Signed a 3 month lease on Aug. 29, 2008 to be here to Dec. 1, 2008. Well on Oct. 1, 2008 I signed and gave a 30 day leaving notice upon my very unhappy setting at the Annandale Gardens Apartmets. NO REFUNDS folks! Let's just say, have them show you the apartment you will be moving into not just the display. Or your family will be in for a BIG SURPRISE when they get to there new home in Olive Branch, Mississippi. I see now that they own Annandale Garden Apartments,Plantation Apartments and The Vineyards Apartments also. I would steer clear of moving into these getto run apartments. BAD TIMES, I repaeat NOT Good Times

Very let down at the Annandale Gardens Apartments manager and how this was handled. Don't pay 3 mos in advance then want something fixed.
Welcome to the south you all, Not the nicest place to be. Don't be fool by the southern hospitaity it's a thing of the past.

Just say NO, to Annandale Garden Apartments. Don't Move in HERE! Bad News!
