Review for Oak View Apartments Limited Apartments

very greedy and arrogant landlady..
We had very bad experience with her. Although the rent is cheap, but in the end you find your self paying more than what you would pay for better apartments.
The place is old and rotten, and the management rarely takes care with it or maintain it.
When we moved in, we had to pay the deposit and one month before we move in.
After we moved in, the apartment was rotten and every thing needed maintenance, the doors broken and the fridge does not work.
I had to call her many times but she rarely picks up and even when she respond to the call she do not send maintenance guys.
When we moved out she refused to return the deposit for us although we returned the apartment in much better condition than what we take it in.
