Review for East Villa Apartments

in the 2 years we've lived here, there's been 3 managers; let's call them larry, moe, and curly. maintenance is a non-existant joke. the laundry room only has 4 washers and dryers. the price per load went up ($1.50) a few months ago, but it's the same tired useless machines we had before. other residents are moving out like rats deserting a sinking ship. we're hoping to get on the next lifeboat out.
