Review for Lakeland East Apartments

We moved to Lakeland East after our previous apartemnt was destroyed by fire. The office manager and staff were very helpful. They were very comforting at such an awful time. We felt very safe in making the decision to move here. Routine maintenance is always done and we have noticed that maintenance is always busy doing something around here.They are currently repairing and repainting the the exterior of the buildings. During the winter they take care to make sure the stairs are kept de-iced. We live on the second floor and really appreciate this. The apartment newsletters are also very informative. The noise community is relatively quiet. Every neighbor we have met is friendly and everyone seems to take pride in living here. It is truly a great community and fairly priced. We enjoy living here and plan to stay until we buy a house.
