Review for Baymeadows Apartments

Tenants, please allow Baymeadow Apartments in Ridgeland, MS to be your last resort, after you have exhausted all others. This place is a mess, the worst part being the office staff. These are the most incompetent, unprofessional bunch of dummies have I have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. If you decide to come here, be prepared not to have water AT LEAST 5 times a month. No warning, no call, no nothing. Just bam! No water. Then proceed to call to the office for some assistance, only to be told that "The pipes busted and they are working on it, but we don't know when it will be fixed." Sorry, but that is not what I want to hear when I'm in need of water. Maintenance is half ass at best, with the exception of 1 man that I won't name here. He is great and professional. I think he's the boss of them or something. Everything else is below standards. There is a big hole in the parking lot that has yet to be fixed. Vacant apartments tend to leak green slime every once and a while and the smell is horrendous. I could go on and on about how terrible this complex is, but I'll stop here. It tells you a lot about a place, when they won't even tell a tenant who manages the company. You have been warned...
