Review for Twenty One Apartments

So you're thinking of moving into 21 Apartment eh? Well let me save you some grief.
My room mate and I have been at 21 apartments since August, 2007. I thought it was going to be a nice safe place to live.
They leave the security gates are open all the time so what's the point in having them. People also buzz everyone all the time. Security is non-existent. My car and my roomates car were vandalized twice.
There was also a murder in the building adjacent to ours. Some guy killed his roommate December of 2007 and stuck his body in one of the unoccupied bedrooms. The victims parents filed a missing person report and the sheriff's department came to 21 to look for him and found him stabbed to death in his apartment.

Don't believe that they will give you an opportunity to reject any room mate they decide to put in with you. They lie. If it's someone you can't stand living with you'll be paying $420.00/month to be miserable.

Don't plan on sleeping much either, especially if you get a bedroom next to the stairs. People are outside all times of the day and night making noise. You can hear the people above you and beside you walking.
Don't bother calling them to fix anything either. My bedroom has a leak from the ceiling that has rotted the wall behind my desk. The handyman came and put a fan on it to dry...and didn't come back.

They also look at add various fees for this and that to your 'account'.
There are nicer, less expensive places to live in Starkville.
Do yourself a favor and don't move here.
