Review for Grove Apartments

For whatever reason, my apartment has tile floors throughout rather than carpet in certain places. All appliances except the dishwasher are new, but there is no shower pipe even though there is a showerhead.

Even though it's not the best part of town, there are some families with small children. They're not extremely loud, but keep in mind that children make noise. Personally, I'm bothered more by the occasional vehicle's bass box.

Despite office hours officially being 9:30-5:00, the new property manager is usually there from 10-4. There is a secretary who stays longer. At least one Starkville cop is around from about 8-11 at night.

Water and garbage are included, but you have to pay your own electricity bill. Mine has never exceeded $60. Cable and telephone are not included.

Overall, it's not the best place in the area, but it could be worse. Look around town for a bit, and don't wait until the last minute like I did (due to unforseen circumstances).
