You can definetely find a better place to rent than Kingsridge Apartments. I have had multiple, major maintnence issues from my air and heat going out (I woke one morning and it was 56 degrees), to a major leak in my closet that caused mold to grow all over my closet. They have been through different managment teams all of which seem too incompetent to do their job. And maintnence that takes so long, 3-6 weeks, that it left me wishing I had just done the repairs myself. I have had tools stolen out of my truck, screens ripped off my windows and lost rent. Do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time with these people.
