Baxter Crossings is under new management. The property used to be managed by Fogleman and I loved it but now it is under the management of a small company calling themselves Baxter Crossings Management. This company seems to have managed smaller 4-family units but never a property of this size. As a result of their takeover the property is being painted a horrible brown/tan color scheme, the pool and hot tub are no longer open year-round, there is rumor of them removing the weight room due to liability reasons, and on top of that the staff is rude and has no respect for pre-existing leases or tenants. I would recommend Westmont Apartments (right across the street) for the exact same apartment layouts at a cheaper price. They are still owned by Fogleman and they just enderwent a multi-million dollar makeover.
