The andersons are very friendly, but older people. The woman is religious and will not allow unwed couples living together...which I found strange.

However the units I live in off scott blvd are not too bad. They were very clean and priced very reasonable....a two bedroom for this price is amazing.

I was told that they house mostly professionals and graduate students...however my neighbors tend to have big groups of people at least three times a week which can be annoying. My main complaint is that the four-plexes channel your neighbors voices and tv directly into your room because of the closed hallway. The dining room especially is very easy to hear your neighbors so privacy is not the best.

Other than that I've not been bothered too much by the owners...however they do not give you notice when they do stop by.

But it's worth putting up with for the rent amount.
