Rented: From 2007 To 2009

Do NOT rent from Jacob's Realty. My husband and I have lived here over two years and have had nothing but problems. We have never paid our rent late, never caused problems and are an average family just wanting somewhere to live in a family neighborhood until we buy a home. Jacob's staff is not only rude, but they constantly send bills for random expenses that have never been authorized. They also tend to "lose" payments- I can't tell you how many times we have been saved by a canceled cheque or receipt. If you are looking for a stress free renting experience, I suggest looking elsewhere. We are very much considering paying the amount of our lease to get away from this company.
