Not a bad place, for the price. For $325/month, you get a one bedroom apartment, with a TINY kitchen, and a nice sized living room. Maintenance is nice, but likes to 'short-cut' some things. Noise isn't too bad (I can occasionally hear a stereo in the apartment below me) and there is never anyone home. Walking distance to downtown/campus. Utilities ARE a little high, though.
