Review for Pheasant Run Apartments

Before I moved in I was shown a demo unit. It was nice and in good repair. The unit I saw on my move in day was not so nice. It was dirty, had bugs on the floor, a lighting fixture was down and it was not in great repair otherwise. They had clearly not checked it prior to giving me my keys. How irresponsible! There are many problems in my unit, many of which have yet to be repaired. The ceilings squeek very badly, and as my neighbors above have non-traditional work hours, they keep me up at night. The rent is reasonable, but I would reccomend spending a little more to get better service and up-keep.
