Review for Jefferson Park Apartments

I would not recommend renting from Jefferson Park. Poorly managed and taken care of. There is alot of violence and cars being broken into. Not a quiet community or kid friendly. Management gives a completely different impression of the property to tenants. The apartment I rented was very run down, paint peeling from walls and doors. Cabinet doors in the kitchen falling apart, water damage to the bathroom and kitchen floor. Ceiling in the living room appeared to have buckled after a heavy rain, management was notified but never took action. After repeated complaints, I recevied no repsonse. Eventually had to contact Maxus Properties. Missing the screen out of the patio door. Screens in each of the bedrooms were tore open. Took maintenance 4 1/2 months after I moved in to fix them. The ANTS are Horrible. Definently an Apartment complex I would not call Home.
