Review for Pheasant Point Apartments

This complex charges too much for what you get in return. The community pool is a little bigger than what you would find in a private backyard. The fitness room is about what you could expect to find in someones basement. The parking here is a joke. There are about 12 spots per building (8 apartments) which would be fine if there was only one driver per household and no one ever had guests. We have recently been patroled by the police at night.. because someone is breaking into cars. My car has had a tire slashed twice now, and a neighbor has had her windshield smashed out. Pheasant Point has been recently taken over by new management. They had every balcony painted.. by what seemed to be illegal immigrants.. and to top it off they didn't tell the residents what they were planning.. all of a sudden I have 4 men on my balcony.. scaring my kids and myself.

Unless management changes and rent goes down, don't put this compex in your top 5. I will be moving AS SOON as my lease is up.
