Review for Sterling Heights Apartments

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!! Some of the other residents are very rude. We have had neighbors who will throw a wild party until 3 a.m. but will call security if your baby cries at all in the evening. Neighbors will call Child Protective Services just to cause you trouble. Management is horrible and will side with anybody making a complaint, even when the complaint is about being too loud even when nobody was home!!! Security is a joke. Some of the teenagers are destructive to the neighborhood. The apartments are falling apart and you are expected to pay for repairs even though the damage is a result of poor workmanship (i.e. toilet paper holders falling off the walls because dry wall anchors weren't used). Again, please, please save yourself the same problems we've had and avoid this place like the plague. Oh yeah, and we've had a problem with raw sewage backing up in the basement several times and flooding everything (yes, that's the laundy room by the way).
