Review for Sandalwood Creek Apartments

We originally moved here 2 years ago when Lincoln Properties was the owner and it wasn't so bad. It wasn't the best or safest place by any means but the office staff was friendly and always addressed any concerns I had. Then Village Green took over and things went from not great but liveable to downright AWFUL.

The new office staff is rude and talks to you like you're 5 years old. They have lost my rent 3 times in the 5/6 months they've been here. I have signed receipts saying they have gotten my rent and when I showed them their own signatures they still acted like it was my fault my rent went missing. They are allowing dealers, felons and illegals to live here. The property is trashed. Dog poop everywhere, trash piling up next to the on dumpster they have to service 18 buildings and there are cops here almost every night. The noise is maddening. The walls/ceilings are so thin I can hear full conversations from my upstairs neighbors. Not kidding, word for word I can hear them. An apartment was burned down in April and still hasn't been fixed. Just sitting there like the ugly eyesore it is. My husband and I smelled the telltale signs of a methlab a few weeks ago and I reported it to the manager the next day and his response was "It's not my problem". Horrible. My lease is up in a matter of days and it will be the best day of my life!
