Summit Place Apartments was torn down several years ago to make room for student apartments owned by Drury University. Summit Place no longer exists. When it did exist, it was a bad place to live. Not maintained by the landlord, my roommate and I went for 3 months in the winter with no working heat. The landlord wouldn't fix anything, and would "lose" rent checks and then ask you to send another one, but when tenants would check their bank accts would find that the first check had already been cashed by the landlord.
