Review for Above Mte Office Building Apartments

The apartment itself starts out as a very good starter apartment. A lot of space in the bedroom and living room, a new refrigerator and shares the same parking lot as the police department - couldn't get much safer.
Then you realize that someone has gone through and chipped away the wood on every door on each apartment in the hallway, and there are literally at least 5 bats living in your ceiling (that the landlord refuses to do anything about). The woman that you meet, Pam, is a very nice woman but doesn't get anything done for the apartment. I don't know if this is her doing or Jay, her husband, who technically owns the place - but you have no contact to him, of course.
You aren't allowed pets because there isn't a yard for a dog, yet it's okay to smoke but even rabbits are too "smelly" for them to allow.
The neighbors are quiet generally but there is a current resident there who plays very loud music and the walls are paper thin. He has also threatened me and my girlfriend.
However, I will admit it's very entertaining to share a parking lot with the police. Until they refuse to park in their designated parking spots and take up all of yours.
