Review for Professional Property Management Apartments

PPM was the best ever! I read all the bad reviews about them, I was a little hesitant, but I was blown out of the water by how awesome they treated me. When I had a maintenance issue it was handled in a timely manner and always by a pleasant workman. I lived in my apartment for a year and never had a problem with any of the staff. When I moved out I was treated fairly. I read my lease and knew what to expect. (it doesn't seem like many other people that comment here actually read their lease) If I ever had a question about something they always answered me and would even show me where they could back up their statements in the landlord/tenant law booklet.

Your'e very lucky that you had a good outcome. Ours was much different. When vacating the property, they wanted to use tactics to claim more money was owed (AFTER end of lease) for another month rent, late fee, cable, etc. etc after they were told of move, key was returned, and they insisted they paid for a broken window, that the place wasn't cleaned properly, and the apts on that side, on that floor had also flooded (so carpeting got wet), and one significant item ruined, and we’re still waiting for deposit, and had even contacted a lawyer (who didn’t contact us in the end) either, and so we're out the deposit money (and it was left in good shape, and we had notified them of the tenancy being vacated)
