Review for Powerhouse Apartments

Powerhouse Apartments is a pretty good find. It has garage parking included in the rent; however, if you have any kind of life outside of Fremont, your chances of having an available garage parking spot is not likely, but it comes with the price of the apartment (so there's no loss there.) The noise isn't too bad - sure I've heard my neighbor's television every-now-and-then and their dog barking but nothing a fan can't block out. Overall they have been very responsive in maintenance, though they just had a change in personel (so I can't attest to the new guy.) We had just moved in and our fridge was leaking, the next afternoon the guy was there fixing it..he also notices we were missing a shelf in our fridge so he got us that, as well. I love the character of the apartment. It's a renovated Powerhouse and none of the apartments have the same layout. It also has great paint schemes, contrary to most apartments' white steril walls.
