Review for Brentwood Park Apartments

My husband and I moved here in July 2005 and we have loved calling this apartment complex home. The apartments are new (built in 2004) and provide free gas for heating and cooking and free water, trash, and sewer. The maintenance and office staff are friendly and maintenance requests are responded to quickly and fixed the first time. The lawns and gardens are well cared for; they are constantly mowing, edging, and watering the grounds and clearing sidewalks and parking lots of any snow or ice. A few times they have even removed the snow from my car in the morning. The floor plans are nice and fairly spacious with plenty of storage. The neighborhood is quiet and is patrolled by the local police periodically at night. There is plenty of lighting and I always feel safe and can find a parking spot. I love having extra storage off of our patio and the washer/dryer units in the apartment are convenient. The walk-in closet in the bedroom and spacious bathrooms are nice as well. The only disadvantage is a lack of storage. The rent is reasonable for the amenities and it is located close to shopping and the interstate.
