Review for Aspens Apartments

Stay away from the Aspens!!! Hmm...where do I start?? Well, in the summer there are millipedes, spiders, crickets,etc. on the below-ground floor. Not sure about the 2nd and 3rd floors. The maintenence people are slow to respond (keep in mind there is NO OFFICE at these apartments). To pay your rent, you have to mail your check to Dana Mann Property Management, which really sucks. The people above me make alot of noise, jumping up and down all the time. Also, I was told that they are supposed to replace the linoleum floors in the bathroom before a resident moves in....well, guess what...they didn't for me. The person who lived here before me left dark stains on the bathroom floors. Oh and last but not least the manager is an ugly bucked toothed lady, who only comes around when she is trying to rent out an apartment. Oh and if you are late with the rent they will send you a nasty letter....thats about the only thing you can count on at this dump. BEWARE....STAY AWAY!!!
