Rented: 2009 To 2009

Nice apartment, very expensive.
We were late on our rent; and were treated to a fast-track eviction.
No talk, no negotiation, no tolerance.
Then we received the bill - rent plus legal fees, plus artifical charges (fortunately, I took photos before we left)
We were young (in our 50's) and strong, able to move all of the furniture in three days. What about seniors?
Would you trust CIP with your Mother or Father?
In any case, if you want to rent here be sure you are never late (even a few days) with the rent payment.

If you are interested in some cheap entertainment, visit the Courthouse in Lincoln on 10th Street, Ctrm. 21 at 8:30AM on any third Thursday of the Month. This is called "CIP Day." I visited the Court and listened to all of the cases. They were not all CIP so I don't think it is their "day." The Judge went through these cases very quickly. It was a little hard to hear the attorneys from where I was sitting. The court is open to visitors. Try it.
