nasty place with ghetto neighbors, lots of crime and homeless people, maintenance is poor security is non existent and no hot water in the laundry rooms--THATS RIGHT--NO HOT WATER IN EITHER OF THE LAUNDRY ROOMS (ON PURPOSE) People break into the mail boxes, kids throwing rocks will break the windows of your car or your apartment, roaches galore and the apt complex doesnot spray, and oh yes--plenty of drugs, so if you like all of these amenities then this is the place for you. if not RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM HERE
