Review for Parkway Manor Apartments

Manager makes up charges that were not in lease so you don't get any deposit back. Comes up with old, fake, or falsified photos as "proof" of damages. OVERcharge for cleaning of carpets. Paint is cheap and comes off the wall when you touch it, floors have mold (we don't have mold here!?!?!?), carpets show dirt in patches VERY quickly & easily, charge for internet when there is no service, charge for cable whether you want it or not. EVERYONE is leaving now that they are SELLING the apartments as condos. If you live anywhere besides the top floor, you WILL hear your neighbors. KEEP AWAY; DON'T GET ANYWHERE NEAR PARKWAY MANOR; NOT WORTH THE $$$ OR TROUBLE!!!
