This apartment complex is brand new and full of criminal activity. There are daily drug deals in plain veiw, a recent police raid in an apartment and an armed robbery. If that's not "appealing" enough, this property is conveniently located right in the landing path of the airport, which makes it very loud day and night. If you enjoy living around transients, this is the right place for you! Most residents only live here a short time before they're evicted for non-payment or community violations. All of which live 6-12 people deep in a 2 bedroom apartment. While there is ample parking in the complex, many do not respect the parking policy, so you are not guaranteed a covered parking spot. The apartment is gated, but the gates are frequently rigged open and management has done nothing to prevent this from happening.
