THE NEIGHBORS ARE TERRIBLE AND VERY UNFRIENDLY. THE MANAGEMENT CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE A NEIGHBOR SMELLED GAS COMING FROM OUR APT, SO THEY THOUGHT. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I FEEL LIKE I'M LIVING IN A PRISON COMPOUND
