Review for Hampshire Green Apartments

Don't be lulled in by the outside. For the amount of $$$ you will spend living there you'll find it wasn't worth it. Here are my top 10 reasons I wouldn't move back there.
10-Out of date gym
9-traffic on DW highway in the morning- try getting out on it
8-Club House is pretty to look at but you can't use it.
7-out dated picnic area for adults
6-Charge you for the carport
5-Small bedrooms-stay away if you have a kingsize bed.
4- Trying to get something delivered to you is a nightmare(sometimes FEdx/UPs don't even bother ringing your doorbell and they'll just leave the package at the front office, where the staff my tell you, you don't have anything-I've gotten flowers 2 weeks later!!)
3-Airport is near by with plans flying so low you can often see the pilot
2-There's always(atleast every other day) a moving van or delivery truck to block you in your parking spot.

And the #1 reason is...drum roll please...
The mangement Sucks!!!! They will smile in your face and tell you everything you want to hear, but when it comes down to it, they will charge you for everything they can. And they will lie to your face. You'd be better off going down the road.
