Ask them about their October Flooding. Second straight year in October the drains become clogged with leaves, instead of cleaning them up early, they wait until the parking lot floods. Several cars completely flooded up to seats. After huge legal ordeal, Cricket brook called it an act of God and not responsible.

Their Maintenance will be missing all week but come and do any necessary work or lawn care Sunday at 8 am.

The laundry is run by yet another company through cricketbrook. The dryers never dry and the washers will never get all of your soap out. Don't worry though they have printed paper signs for you to stick into the machine in case they don't work. So in the event that you get soapy clothes that won't dry you can put this peice of paper in the machine so the next guy doesn't have the same undesirable results. They will fix it...Next Week
