Review for The Cedars Apartments

I've owned in The Cedars for 3 years and I wouldn't recommend this community. The bad news: the grounds were built over a bog so the ground is very wet and buggy, parking is ok during the summer - but in the winter they plow the snow ON TOP of your cars and in the spring, the water leaks into the car ports and also into your "sheds." Also, the condo fee is constantly going up and you are NEVER allowed to question why. Some good notes, (1) the office staff are very friendly (2) the maintenance group are very timely and (3) the woods surrounding the lot block a lot of the noise of Route 1.
