Please be advised, these Apartments (1000 W.Atlantic Ave) have severe MOLD/Radon/Inferior Quality Water, due to old pipes/Lead/Possibly Bacteria. This Complex is owned by SEB Realty Corp, 30 Route 22 West, Green Brook, NJ 08812. They own several properties in the South Jersey area including THE HEATHERS, WOODMERE be aware when renting......SPRING GARDEN / THE HEATHERS / WOODMERE are also crime areas, please confirm with the local POLICE DEPT about recent Break in's, Crimes, Muggings, and with the local FIRE Dept about Fire Hazards. Also Confirm with STATE of NJ CODE ENFORCEMENT, to verify before moving in. The best option is to stay away from these Properties, I know the Rents are low, but keep searching you will find a good place with low rent, you have to search more.
