Review for I&S Investments Apartments

When I 1st viewed the apartment I instantly fell in love. The shiny hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets and sunken living room had me sold. But within a month I noticed a mouse in my living room. I told the super, he was no help, he wouldn't even open his door for me, he spoke to me through the door from inside his apartment. I called the management office and they were of no help, they told me to tell the super. WTF?? 2 weeks later the super sent his friend up to give me some sticky pads to catch the mice. By this time, I've already brought my own and actually caught 3 mice. This was 4 weeks ago and I now have caught a total of 6 and still counting. This is completely gross. They are coming thru the radiators and no one is doing anything about it. I called the Board of Health and told them my address, immediately they knew all about the situation because they get frequent calls from tenants of I&S Investments. This company does not care about it's tenants, they just want a rent check each month and thats it. Not to mention there is absolutely no parking. You have to park in another apartment complex in the neighborhood or risk getting a ticket each night due to the no overnight parking rule in East Orange. Don't waste your money on this place.
