I had everything from Plumbing to electrical and bug problems. I had very expensive electrical equipment damaged from problems there and the landlord refused to do anything unless I paid to have it checked out. Nothing was taken care of until I threatened to sue an d even then most things were still left undone. I have moved out and never want to see that horrible place again!
