Near path [JSQ] just 45 sec. from time you get down the train.
lots of shopping
minutes to manhatten
washer dryer in appartment
large houses
good kitchen
lots of walking closets. i mean really you can walk in the closets.
secured building
concerine desk available
extra laundry facilities.

minus
high rent.
maintenance delay by atleast 3 days
parking $160, but covered.
lease renewal by min 20 %. like if you are apying 1500 this year. your next year lease will by 1800.
no rent controlled.
so by one year you will pay around 2000 for a studio or single bedroom appartment. for which you can live near newport and have manhatten view, which is stupid.

I don't know if you live in the same building where i live. State Square Apartments in journal square. Maintenance requests are taken care on the same day depending on work load. Super is ver proffesional and neat. And the building overall is a great place to live. Been here 3 years now, apart from the parking, everything else is great!
