I live here in Oceanpointe towers in long branch nj for 4 years and i love it. Management and Office Staff are friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is on call 24/7 and the nices people. the only problem is with the parking. there are i think 75 spots for cars and 151 apt. you do the math. have a good day
