Review for Marc Hampton Apartments

I've lived here for about a year and im pretty happy here. Maintance is excellent. Anything i wasnt 100% happy with in the apartment i talked to the ladies in the office and maintance took care of it right away. Ive had my bathroom and kitchen floor replaced, new windows, anything ive asked for they took care of. I was drawn to this apartment complex because of the price and was surprised of how nice the apartments are.I love the hardwood floors, the big windows, the two closets in the bedroom, and the big kitchen. I havent had any problems with noisy neighbors, in fact you hardly ever see anyone.Ive never seen any bugs in the apartment... but since woods are behind the complex you do see quite alot of raccons and other animals going thru the dumpsters in the spring and summer, but they just run off if they see anyone so its never been a problem. You can hear the train from the train station down the street, but i suppose thats expected when you live close to a train station. My only complaint is that the laundry room isnt great which is a big inconvenience.Overall, its a great place for the price.
