Review for Ravine Manor Apartments

This place is allittle rough around the edges but you get a good bang for your buck. $1150 for a 2 bedroom and only paying electric, good for the area. plenty of parking, no real problems w/ neighbors. Unit is is generally good condition not perfect though. The real downside is the the outside stairs and laundry room. The stairs deperately need to be painted and cleaned up and the laundry room is next to the water heater etc and it's kinda dirty in there. theirs a few fixtures that need work inside and the hardwood floors could use a waxing. If your a guy like me who doesn't worry too much about the little things you'll like it.
