I have lived at Skyline Towers since it opened in late 2003, and I just bought a condo and I will be leaving. This is a great apartment; quiet as can be; outstanding exercise room included as well as a T1 internet connection. Well managed and reasonably priced. Outstanding restaurants nearby as well as the NE Corridor rail.
